I have always been a person with very sensitive skin. In addition to the psoriasis that followed me from an early age, my skin had to deal with severe acne damage and perpetual dryness associated with the long hours I spent over 20 years in a chlorinated swimming pool as a professional athlete.
Perpetual itching, blemishes and redness were part of my appearance for many years. Steroid ointments, special shower creams or medicines brought relief but did not solve the problem.
As a teenager, I had complete faith in the ubiquitous products; I used products from TV commercials, colorful advertisements in newspapers and magazines. Everything from creams, balms, ointments and whatever else was advertised as miracle cures. Despite promises of miracles, the results did not materialise, and my symptoms became more and more acute.
The years passed, and after much trial and error I began to become more aware of what I could use and what was best to avoid. This applied to cosmetics, household chemicals and what ended up on my plate.

2017 was one of the most transformative years of my life.
That was the year I met my best friend, who has been my partner for over 5 years now. It was also the year I went to one of the most beautiful places on earth, Norway, which I am lucky enough to call my home now. Inspired by everything around, my adventure with herbs and beneficial properties of plants as a herbalist and aromatherapist has begun. Thanks to these three events and the desire to find a golden mean for tired skin, a new passion was born, which is to create cosmetic products.
It started with a soap made for my partner, Przemek, who struggled with eczema, and continued with body butters, shampoos, and more. CMN can today offer a complete range of cosmetics made for sensitive, delicate skin that needs care and love.
I use the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years to constantly improve the products I make, they are full of herbs, fruit, oils and much else that nature offers. All with one aim of creating cosmetics that actively improve and heal the skin’s condition in a pleasant and feel-good way.
My own changes of habits led to the moment when acne gave way to very occasional redness; psoriatic lesions from constant inflammation all over the body were reduced to the most exposed places and in time calmed down completely.
